Shareholder Enquiries

Equiniti (the Company's Registrars) will be able to help you with queries relating to:

- Change of Name and Address
- Lost Share Certificates
- Share Transfers
- Consolidation of Shareholding Accounts
- Dividend Mandates.

The website of Equiniti, www.shareview.co.uk provides plenty of useful information concerning your shares in Senior plc and can also enable you to manage your shareholding online. Please note that you will need your shareholder reference number in order to be able to register with their website (which begins with the number 0228 and can be found on your dividend vouchers or other correspondence from Equiniti).

What do I do if I am an executor of a shareholder's estate?

If your spouse has died, or you are acting as the executor of a shareholder's estate, please forward the original share certificate(s) and Grant of Probate to Equiniti at the above address, and then a replacement certificate will be issued. If the estate was not large enough for Probate to have been granted please contact Equiniti and they will send you information on the small estates procedure.

Pension enquiries

If you are an active, deferred or pensioner member of the UK-based Senior plc Pension Plan, you can obtain further information concerning the Plan and your pension benefits by contacting Mercer, the Plan's administrators. Please call them on 01243 522123 and ask for a member of the Senior plc Pension Plan team.

If your personal circumstances change, e.g. where you have changed your address, or if you wish to complete or amend an Expression of Wishes form, please contact Mercer and they will be able to assist.

If you are a member of a Senior pension plan that is operated outside the UK, please contact the HR Department of the operation where you are, or were, employed. If the HR Department is unable to assist with your enquiry, please then contact the Group Company Secretary (his details are set out below).
